Our granulated maple syrup is a perfect 1:1 substitute for white sugar in any application. Made from maple syrup that has been heated and then mixed while cooled, it is pure maple syrup but in granular form - no added ingredients. We recommend using it in all applications but baking, as the maple flavor has a tendency to get lost in baked goods, and is especially great for cooking, seasoning, and in beverages.
